Focus on the Lord

Today, is a trip. I have been going through some crazy changes in my life. The Lord Jesus has been knocking on the internal door of my heart and I can no longer run from Him. A few years ago I left my husband and in this journey Christ found me. I have been meaning to write about this but have been to embarrassed, more like insecure.

So, I have been praying for the words, the ideas, I have been praying for it all.

Today, I woke up and the time and the Holy Spirit were like, today is the day.

I sat down today with the guidance from the Holy Spirit and wrote a pamphlet called “Focus on the Lord”. I need to have it published and put out there. That is my next step, let’s see how long this takes.

But let me share with you the indescribable force that invaded my mind and being. I know for a fact that the Holy Spirit possessed me today a gave me what I needed to compete the first step into this journey of sharing my testimony with you. I am without words, thoughts and emotions. This is the real thing and I don’t want to let it pass me by.

How do you stay in this realm of righteousness, this pure and unadulterated truth of perfection? Not by me but by the way of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now that I have re-read the paper I can hear my voice echo in the abyss of my soul. I can hear my voice and recall what was happening in those moments I was reading about. I am no scholar, not even to play the part. But this is clean, refreshing, like kneading your toes through clean cool grass and with a light breeze hitting you.

We will have to see where I go from here. I have to leave it up to God. Whatever His will is for my life, I accept, I am here.
